Kundalini and Vinyasa Yoga
Denise will teach all of the yoga classes. She brings a compassionate, nurturing feel to her classes, creating and holding a safe space for her students to experience deep and profound awakenings.
One of the highlights of the retreat are four deeper yoga explorations focusing on both Kundalini and Vinyasa. Dive deeply into your practice, learning and experiencing so much more than can generally be covered in a 60 to 90 minute class.

Vinyasa Hatha yoga is based on classic Hatha yoga. Classes are fun while developing strength and endurance. Uplifting music and an encouraging atmosphere support going deep into the physical and mental bodies. Learn to link the body, mind and spirit through controlled breathing and posture alignment followed by deep relaxation.
